The video clip below was created with a mobile phone. The file was then converted to Flash .flv format using Super. The file was uploaded using Frontpage and then the shortcut to the uploaded file posted in the URL dialogue when using the CoolPlayer button in the Wordpress posting box. Sounds more convoluted than it really is !!
